We use non-toxic cleaning products chosen for family homes. If you’d prefer us to use particular products, or someone in the house has sensitivities, let us know.

That’s up to you. Some customers stay home, others arrange access and go about their day. Tell us how we’ll get in, plus any alarm codes or pets, when you book.

Most busy households choose weekly or fortnightly cleans; others prefer monthly visits or a one-off deep clean. We’ll suggest a frequency based on your home, family and pets.
